I’m guessing that tonight is the first time that I went to Tim Hortons and did not buy anything.

I can understand that they may not make wraps late at night (which was what I wanted) so I went to Mr. Sub and get my lunch for tomorrow.

Wow, it’s been that long since I’ve written in my blog.  Life at work has been crazy and I just haven’t had time to make any entries.  You think about things and sometimes it’s best to wait until you’re ready to write, and I guess that’s how I fell.

Jeers to Rogers, everytime I want to add an additional TV I have to call a technician so that they can get into your box and connect the cable inside your box to our dish.

Cheers to Bell , after I called them wanting to add an additional TV they had someone over the next day to connect the second cable line to our dish.

Thanks Russ

I have to give credit where credit is due.  When my brother posted this on his facebook page he gave me an idea on stuff to write in my blog.

“Cheers to Astronomy (the study of Space) for a wonderful Lunar Eclipse! Jeers to Cloudy Skies for “cutting it short!”

In honour of this I’ll write my own Cheers and Jeers or Jeers and Cheers and then thank him at the end.

Thanks Russ

I know, it’s been a long time since I’ve posted something.  A lot has been on my mind lately and over time I’ll expand on what I’ve been thinking about.  One thing in particular is about the re-location of my employment.  It can be a hectic process and yet it has it’s benefits.

Things to think about is the commute to and from work and from that fatigue, spending less time with family and friends, little time on hobbies and volunteerism (I made up a word and I’m cool with it.)  The questions I’ve asked myself are :

  • What are the benefits of moving your job?
  • Does it get you further in your career?
  • What responsibilities are droppedfrom your repertoire?

It’s a tough process and hopefully the decision that you’ll make will make you happy in the end.

Just finished raking leaves in the back yard and there isn’t anyone to jump in them :(

Then I found someone to jump into the pile.

Even though there is a chill in the air, it’s perfect weather to work outside (in my opinion). Mowing grass does two things; mow grass and mulch leaves that have fallen.

It helps that I applied fertilizer around labour day so that the grass grows in the fall. And by mulching it saves time and effort instead of raking.

So get outside and have fun :)
